Custom scope · estimate after discovery

Connect your website, CRM, payments and booking tools. Keep information moving between them.

Your tools.
Working together.

Connect the systems your business relies on, so customer details, bookings and payments reach the right place without repeated manual entry.

One enquiry, connected
  1. Website

    A customer sends an enquiry

  2. CRM

    A customer record is created

  3. Your team

    The right person is notified

What we
put in place.

Connect the tools you already rely on, with a clear route for every record.

Customer & sales systems

Connect enquiry forms, customer records, sales pipelines and contact history. Define where each piece of information belongs and which system keeps the original.

For example: a website enquiry arrives in your CRM with its source and customer details.

Payments & bookings

Connect payment providers, subscription events, calendars and booking tools. Update the relevant record when a payment or appointment changes.

For example: a completed payment updates the order; a rescheduled visit updates the calendar.

Catalogues & business data

Exchange products, inventory, orders and other agreed records through available APIs, webhooks or scheduled imports.

For example: a stock change in your business system updates the website catalogue.

Reliable data exchange

Map fields, handle duplicates and test failed requests. Add error reporting and retry rules where needed, with a clear handover for your team.

For example: a temporary outage retries safely and alerts your team if the record still needs attention.

Example scenario

From enquiry to customer record.

A visitor submits a form. The integration checks for an existing contact, creates or updates the record, attaches the enquiry and notifies the responsible person. Your team continues in the CRM it already uses.

Useful when your team copies the same information between tools, customer records disagree or a website is disconnected from day-to-day operations.

What you
take forward.

Connected systems, documented field mappings and tested data flows. Your team knows what is synchronised, when it updates and how to respond if a connection needs attention.

Working connections. The agreed systems exchange the agreed information.

A data map. Fields, ownership, update timing and permissions are documented.

An operating guide. Your team knows how to check a transfer and handle an exception.

From your process
to a working solution.

Start with one useful outcome. Review the details together.

01

Map the connection

List the systems and records to exchange. Choose the source of truth for each field and check the access each platform provides.

02

Agree the data rules

Define field mappings, update frequency, duplicate handling and what should happen when records change or are removed.

03

Connect & test

Build the connection, test representative records and check repeat events, missing fields and interrupted requests.

04

Launch & hand over

Review the first live transfers together. Document the connections, error alerts and steps your team can take to recover.

Start with
your process.

A clear scope and estimate before the build.

Tell us which tools you use, what information needs to move and which system should keep the original record. A sample record helps us check the details.

We review the systems, API access, data volume and direction of each connection before estimating the work. Provider subscriptions and any migration are identified separately.

Before
we start.

Can you connect the tools we already use?

Yes, where the platforms provide suitable access. Share the system names and the information you need to exchange; we check their APIs, permissions and plan requirements first.

Can you transfer existing data?

Migration can be included. We agree the records, field mapping, duplicate handling and validation before moving data.

Is every update instant?

Some systems support immediate events; others require scheduled checks. We establish the update frequency and limitations for each connection.

How is this different from Business Automation?

An integration moves information between systems. Automation uses events and rules to move a process forward, such as assigning a task after an enquiry arrives. A project can include both.

What if a platform has no suitable API?

We check supported imports, exports and other access options. If there is no dependable way to connect it, we explain the limitation before agreeing to build.
