What we
put in place.

Build around the questions people ask and the next steps they need to take.

Customer assistants

Answer questions about your services, help people find relevant information and collect the details needed for an enquiry.

For example: a visitor compares services and leaves a structured enquiry for your team.

Actions & connections

Connect the assistant to agreed tools for booking, request creation or status checks. Confirm consequential actions before carrying them out.

For example: a customer checks available appointments and confirms the booking details.

Assistants for your team

Search approved documents, summarise requests and prepare draft replies. Define who can access which information.

For example: a team member finds an internal answer and prepares a reply from approved material.

Knowledge & human handoff

Prepare the source material, test representative questions and define what the assistant should do when it cannot answer. Pass the conversation to a person with its context.

For example: an unusual request reaches a person with the conversation and collected details.

Example scenario

An answer that leads somewhere.

A customer asks which service fits their needs. The assistant uses your service information, asks the agreed follow-up questions and helps prepare an enquiry. If the request needs individual judgement, it passes the context to your team.

Useful when customers repeat the same questions, need help choosing a service or leave before finding the right next step. Internal assistants can also help teams find and use company knowledge.

What you
take forward.

A configured assistant, approved knowledge sources, agreed actions and tested conversation paths. The handover covers access, content updates, usage costs and when a person takes over.

A configured assistant. The agreed website or messaging channel and actions are connected.

Managed knowledge. Approved sources, access rules and a way to update the content are defined.

Tested conversations. Representative questions, fallback paths and human handoff are reviewed.

From your process
to a working solution.

Start with one useful outcome. Review the details together.

01

Choose the job

Define who the assistant helps, where the conversation happens and what a useful completed interaction looks like.

02

Prepare the knowledge

Review company information, common questions and access rules. Agree supported actions and when a person takes over.

03

Build & evaluate

Connect the knowledge and tools, then test typical questions, missing information and action confirmations with your team.

04

Launch & improve

Review initial conversations and hand over the source-update process, usage controls and support arrangements.

Start with
your process.

A clear scope and estimate before the build.

Tell us who the assistant is for, where it should run and which questions or actions matter most. Share examples of the company information it can use.

We define the audience, channel, knowledge sources and permitted actions before estimating the work. Model usage, messaging and other provider fees are identified separately.

Before
we start.

Can it work on our website or in a messenger?

We choose the channel around your audience and the platform capabilities. The scope specifies where the assistant runs and which features are available there.

Where do its answers come from?

From the company materials and connected sources agreed for the project. We prepare those sources and test the assistant against representative questions.

What if it does not know the answer?

We define fallback responses and a route to your team. The assistant should acknowledge missing information and ask for help instead of inventing company policies or commitments.

Do we need AI for every conversation?

No. A guided chatbot can follow a fixed set of choices and questions. AI is useful when people ask varied questions or need help using a larger knowledge base. We choose the approach around the task.

What costs continue after launch?

Depending on the setup, ongoing costs may include hosting, model usage, messaging and maintenance. We identify these separately from the build and agree usage limits where the providers support them.
